Seasonal Basket Arrangement
Seasonal Basket Arrangement
Time: 29 minutes | Season: All Year round (specifically for winter/ Christmas)
In this demonstration you will learn how to create a winter wonderland basket arrangement. Baskets are available in many different sizes and colours. They make the perfect gifts.
Tips: This design can be easily adapted to be more eco friendly, and sustainable. You can use other types of foam such as Agra wool or fibre floral or you can insert a plastic liner into the container and use a grid network or support such as chicken wire, anchor tape grid or holly chapple.
Tips: There are a number of different types of foliage that you can use within this composition. You can use year round varieties such as hard ruscus, pittosporum, both green and variegated to offer contrast and interest, pistache, leather leaf. All of which are relatively long lasting, good value for money and can be used in other floral compositions.
If you would like to recreate the design, you will need the following:

Thank you so much for watching this demonstration. I hope this design has provided you with an insight into creating an elemental design using a basket as a vessel.
Make sure to share your gift designs with us on the Facebook group and of course, if you have any questions, share below in the comments section or in the group. We will be sure to help where we can! I look forward to seeing you again in the next demonstration illustrating how to create another design in December.
