Eco Mantlepiece Arrangement
Statement Mantlepiece Design using Eco-friendly Mechanics
Time: 30 minutes | Season: All Year Round
A fireplace brings charm and character to any space. The festive season is a great excuse to do something big and lavish for an event, wedding or even in a home environment.
This design combines a combination of classic colour palette, luscious festive greenery and white colour flowers. Green and white flower arrangements are timeless. Make the arrangement more on-theme for winter by choosing in-season flowers such as tulips, anemones or hellebores.
Tips: You can use Hydrangea plants as a good alternative. The flower is incredibly thirsty, and can be expensive. Using plants, it has its own water source, much easier to keep fresh and reusable. The clients could take home and plant into their garden for keepsake. To insert into the frame, you can either cut a hole in the chicken wire or insert plant canes into the base of the pot and insert and anchor into the chicken wire in position.
If you are looking to create a garden styled arrangement, you can group the roses in the arrangement and this gives the impression that the roses are growing within the composition.
If you would like to recreate this arrangement, you will need the following:
