Transporting Wedding Flowers
Having invested time and love into creating exquisite bridal flowers for your bride, don’t allow poor transportation to destroy your hard work. Bridal Bouquets:
- Hand-Tied – transport and present in a cellophane lined living vase topped up with water. Embellish with a ribbon tied, branded tag identifying “bride”. You can also include a personal message if appropriate.
- Shower/cascade bouquet - transport and present on a flower box decoratively covered with kraft paper or a paper that reflects your branding. Cut a hole in the box for the handle to rest in. Attach a sticker or card with your contact details and a personal message if appropriate
- Sheaf - transport and present in a flower box covered and lined with kraft paper or a paper that reflects your branding, and padded throughout with tissue paper. Attach a sticker or card with your contact details and a personal message if appropriate
Bridesmaids Bouquets:
- Hand-Tied – transport and present in a cellophane lined living vase topped up with water. Embellish with a ribbon tied branded tag identifying “bridesmaid” “Flower Girl” “Maid of Honour” or simply their names. You can also include a personal message if appropriate.
- Sheaf - transport and present in a flower box covered and lined with kraft paper or a paper that reflects your branding and padded throughout with tissue paper . Attach a sticker or card with your contact details and a personal message if appropriate. Identify who the sheaf is for , so there are no mistakes!
Buttonholes & Corsages:
- Transport and present on a box covered with kraft paper or a paper that reflects your branding. Attach each buttonhole and/or corsage with a pin or corsage magnet. Add a sticker or card with your contact details and identify which buttonhole is for whom. You can add separate luggage labels with each guests name if preferable
Hair Flowers:
- Circlet - transport and present in a box covered and lined with kraft paper or a paper that reflects your branding and padded throughout with moist tissue paper . cover the circlet after giving it a light misting with cellophane, creating its own microclimate. Attach a sticker or card with your contact details and a personal message if appropriate
- Individually wired flowers/foliage - transport and present in a box covered and lined with kraft paper or a paper that reflects your branding and padded throughout with moist tissue paper . Cover the flowers with cellophane, after giving them a light misting, creating its own microclimate. Attach a sticker or card with your contact details and a personal message if appropriate
- Combs/clips – transport and present in the same way as a circlet, or attach to a box as for buttonholes, fixing with pins or tape.
